- Experience across full-stack development (APIs, databases, and/or mobile/front-end).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team with end-to-end ownership.
