Role Overview
Role of a Counterbalance Driver.
Responsibilities
- Operate Reach/Counterbalance truck to replenish stock locations.
- Scan and store incoming goods.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Reach truck licence; relevant experience preferred.
- High concentration and strict compliance with health & safety guidelines.
- Full on‑site training from an RTITB qualified trainer.
Working Hours & Pay
- AM/PM shift: £14.42 per hour (OT £18.75)
- Nights shift: £16.23 per hour (OT £21.10)
- Sunday and bank holiday premium: £21.63; PM £24.35 nights.
- Fixed 5 days out of 7 rota.
