Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh food items such as salads, sandwiches, baguettes, toasties, protein pots, boiled eggs, jacket potato fillings, and yoghurt pots.
- Ensuring food displays and counters are well stocked, fresh, and presented to a high standard.
- Supporting lunch service (12:00‑2:00 pm, Monday‑Friday) to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across kitchen and service areas.
