Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist with product inquiries.
- Share knowledge of Star Buys and other promotions to drive sales.
- Maintain store appearance, ensure displays are attractive and stock levels are sufficient.
- Support the team in reaching and exceeding store sales targets.
- Participate in the 12‑month Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship training program, including in‑store training, discussion forums and performance observations.
Qualifications
- Grade 4 (or C) GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent national 4s for Scotland).
- Not currently enrolled in any education programme and available for full‑time shifts.
- No prior retail apprenticeship experience.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Brand‑new to retail.
- Positive mindset, clear communication and a passion for health & beauty and customer service.
- Desire to learn and improve skills, flexibility and adaptability to change.
