Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional approach, sharing product information and ensuring all customers leave satisfied.
- Maintain store appearance, ensure shelves are fully stocked, and support the team in daily shop operations.
- Assist in achieving daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Complete the 12‑month in‑store apprenticeship training, including observations, discussions and assessments to progress to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Work flexible full‑time shifts, adapting to changes in the retail environment.
Qualifications:
- Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (national 4's for Scotland).
- Not currently enrolled in any education program and available for full‑time shifts.
- No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
