Supercritical is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead a small team of Account Executives and drive growth across inbound, outbound and events. You will shape a world‑class GTM strategy with Marketing, Product and Supply, closing high‑value enterprise deals and building scalable processes.

You’ll bring at least 6 years of quota‑carrying experience, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative, consultative selling approach in a high‑growth startup environment focused on sustainability.
