We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team at Supercraft Ltd. Based in Byfleet, Surrey, this role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s quality management systems, ensuring full compliance with aerospace industry standards, and safeguarding product quality throughout all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain quality assurance practices in line with industry standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
- Conduct quality control inspections of components, assemblies, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor quality metrics, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance activities, maintaining full documentation and traceability.
- Proven experience in aerospace quality engineering or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace standards, including AS9100 and NADCAP processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with quality data analysis, root cause investigation, and process improvement.
