This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northampton for an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Engineer. The role involves performing system maintenance and repair, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting field service visits to clients, and providing technical support. Excellent communication with clients and team members is essential to ensure the effective delivery of our services and solutions.
Requirements
- Must hold F-Gas certification
- DBS checks are completed as standard due to safeguarding requirements of our customers
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience with Field Service, including system installation, service calls, and customer interaction
