We're now building out a lean, high-impact A/B Testing service – and looking for someone to lead it.
The Role
We’re looking for an A/B Testing Lead to build and run our experimentation function. You’ll work directly with our founders, designers, and developers to plan, implement, and learn from high-quality A/B tests that improve conversion, retention, and commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on, commercial role: you’ll help us turn client insight, hunches, and analytics into testable hypotheses, ship scrappy experiments fast, and evolve our playbook as we go.
Responsibilities
- Own the A/B testing process end-to-end across multiple client accounts
- Turn data, customer insight, and business questions into structured hypotheses
- Work with design and dev to scope and launch simple, focused tests
- Define success metrics and analyse results to drive clear recommendations
- Build lightweight reporting to communicate impact clearly and credibly
- Establish best practices around test design, velocity, documentation, and learning
- Develop a small but powerful service line, with potential to scale
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years experience in CRO, A/B testing, or product optimisation
- Strong commercial judgement – you know which tests actually matter
- Hands-on experience running tests with tools like
- Familiar with Shopify and testing platforms like Inteligems and Shoplift
- Data literate: confident in Google Analytics, spreadsheets, basic stats
- Strong communicator who can write sharp hypotheses and simple reports
- Happy working in a lean, fast-moving team – bias to action
