About Superco
We're the Customer Experience Specialists for Shopify Plus brands. Founded in 2020, Superco is an award-winning agency of 25 ecommerce experts based in London. We're a Shopify Platinum Partner and we work exclusively on Shopify. We help ambitious merchants define, design, build, and grow on Shopify Plus. Our clients are health, beauty, apparel, and fashion brands. Most are scaling fast or migrating off legacy platforms like Magento.
The Role
We're growing and we need someone to build pipeline. As our first technical SDR, you'll own outbound from top to bottom: identifying the right brands, finding the right contacts, and getting meetings booked. This is a technical role. You'll use AI tooling and automation to research prospects, personalise outreach at scale, and keep our CRM sharp. If you're still doing lead gen manually, this probably isn't the right fit.
You'll work directly with the founders Tom Mucklow-Norell.
