Superco is a Shopify Platinum Partner agency based in London. We design, build, and optimise high-performing Shopify and Shopify Plus stores for ambitious brands across wellness, fashion, and lifestyle. Our work combines sharp design, fast code, and commercially grounded thinking to help brands grow.

We’re hiring an eCommerce Manager to help drive performance for our clients and strengthen our growth and optimisation function.

The Role

You’ll manage and improve eCommerce performance across a portfolio of Shopify brands – working closely with founders, marketers, and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, optimise site performance, and deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on commercial role blending trading, data, and strategy. You’ll act as the operational and strategic lead for clients, connecting performance data, UX, and marketing into actionable growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce trading and performance for multiple Shopify brands
  • Analyse store data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotions
  • Work with design, development, and CRO teams to enhance UX and conversion
  • Manage key Shopify settings (markets, shipping, fulfilment, and inventory)
  • Support CRM and retention initiatives with the Growth team
  • Report clearly on KPIs and recommend commercial improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in eCommerce management or trading (agency or brand side)
  • Strong Shopify experience is essential, including setup, configuration, and optimisation
  • Proven track record of improving conversion and revenue performance
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data (GA4, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong communicator, capable of managing clients and internal teams

Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, CRO tools
