About Superco

Superco is a Shopify Platinum Partner agency working with brands on Shopify to drive performance through sharp design, fast code, and commercially grounded thinking. We work with leading names in wellness, fashion, and lifestyle;  brands that move fast, value data, and want results.

We’re now building a dedicated CRO and A/B testing practice, and we’re looking for a senior hire to lead it from the front.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior CRO Lead to grow and own our experimentation function. You’ll define strategy, shape process, and work hands-on to deliver measurable gains for our clients.

This isn’t a siloed CRO role. You’ll be embedded in project teams, working closely with our founders, designers, and developers. You’ll help Superco and our clients test smarter, ship faster, and convert better.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and scale Superco’s CRO function end to end
  • Define testing strategies across multiple brands and funnels
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact A/B and multivariate tests
  • Collaborate with designers to turn hypotheses into testable UX
  • Work with developers to scope and launch tests at speed
  • Analyse results, extract insights, and iterate quickly
  • Build internal operations and reporting structures
  • Help shape CRO into a core commercial service line

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in CRO, ideally with DTC or eCommerce brands
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests using tools like Intelligems
  • Strong grasp of user psychology, funnel performance, and data-led decision-making
  • Excellent Figma collaboration and communication skills
  • Sharp commercial judgement – you understand how UX connects to revenue
  • Shopify experience
