About Superco

We're the Customer Experience Specialists for Shopify Plus brands. Founded in 2020, Superco is an award-winning agency of 25 ecommerce experts based in London. We're a Shopify Platinum Partner and we work exclusively on Shopify. We help ambitious merchants define, design, build, and grow on Shopify Plus. Our clients are health, beauty, apparel, and fashion brands. Most are scaling fast or migrating off legacy platforms like Magento.

The Role

We're growing and we need someone to build pipeline. As our first technical SDR, you'll own outbound from top to bottom: identifying the right brands, finding the right contacts, and getting meetings booked. This is a technical role. You'll use AI tooling and automation to research prospects, personalise outreach at scale, and keep our CRM sharp. If you're still doing lead gen manually, this probably isn't the right fit. You'll work directly with the founders Tom Mucklow-Norell & Tom Carew, as well as our Client Growth Manager. You'll have real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone, using AI tools to personalise at scale
  • Oversee and optimise our physical outbound workflows
  • Use tools like Clay, Apollo, or similar to build targeted prospect lists of Shopify Plus brands and Magento merchants
  • Identify merchants showing migration intent: legacy platform signals, job postings, funding rounds, replatforming content
  • Enrich and qualify leads before they hit the founders' calendars
  • Own Attio: keep the CRM clean, sequences up to date, and pipeline accurately reflecting reality
  • Use AI to research prospects deeply before outreach, including tech stack, recent news, and ecommerce maturity
  • Test and iterate on messaging. Track what converts and improve it.
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team: what objections you're hearing, which verticals are moving, what competitors are saying

The Stack

We use Attio as our CRM. You'll be expected to know it well or get up to speed fast. Beyond that, we want someone who knows how to build a modern outbound stack and isn't precious about which tools are in it.

CRM: Attio

Prospecting and enrichment: Clay, Apollo, or equivalent

AI writing and research: Claude, or similar

Outreach sequencing: Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or equivalent

Signals and intent data: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, or similar

Who You Are

  • You treat lead gen as a system, not a task. You build, test, and improve.
  • You are comfortable with AI tools and use them to do more, not just faster
  • You write well. Clear, direct, no waffle. You know how to sound human even in automated outreach.
  • You are data-driven. You track your numbers and know what they mean.
  • You are curious about ecommerce: who the big players are, what platforms brands run on, what makes a Shopify Plus merchant worth talking to
  • You are self-directed. You do not need to be managed to pick up the phone.
  • B2B outbound experience is preferred, ideally in agency, SaaS, or professional services

Nice to Have

  • Experience targeting ecommerce or DTC brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify's ecosystem: apps, partners, Plus features
  • Experience building Clay waterfalls or AI-enriched prospecting workflows
  • Some knowledge of web tech: what a headless build is, what a Shopify theme is, why migrations are complex

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Direct access to the founders from day one
  • Real ownership of the outbound function. You build it your way.
  • Budget for tools. If it makes the machine work better, we'll back it.
  • A clear path to a closing role
  • London office with flexible working
