The Role
We are hiring a Delivery Manager to work alongside our Head of Delivery and help run delivery and operations across the business. The role covers the full operational picture: client communications, project tracking, freelancer coordination, internal meetings, supplier administration and management reporting. You will sit close to the executive group and be trusted with sensitive information from the start. This is a senior operational seat in a small business. There is no hiding place and no layer of management between you and the work. In return, you get visibility across everything we do and the chance to shape how a growing agency runs.
