We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Builders and Sparkle Cleaner with a Supervisory CSCS to support a large new‑build project in the Newport Pagnell (MK16) area.
About the Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of construction cleaning duties while also supporting on‑site supervision to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This includes coordinating daily activities, maintaining quality control, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full builders cleans
- Sparkle and final cleans to presentation standard
- Supervising and guiding cleaning staff on‑site
- Ensuring work is completed in line with project deadlines and quality expectations
- Monitoring health and safety compliance across cleaning activities
- External window cleaning and de‑taping (MEWP/Scaffolding access provided)
- Cleaning of stairwells, corridors, lounges, and shared facilities
Requirements
- Previous experience in builders, sparkle, or final cleans
- Supervisory CSCS card
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work
- Ability to lead a team and work independently when required
- Punctual, dependable, and organised
- PPE provided (safety boots, hi‑vis, gloves, etc.)
- Full UK Driving Licence
