About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Mobile Void and Clearance Operative to join our friendly and reliable team at Superclean (UK) Limited. This varied role involves both property clearance and void cleaning — helping prepare properties to a high standard ready for new tenants. You’ll work across a range of sites, carrying out deep cleans, clearances, and general property preparation as part of our trusted, high-performing mobile team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear properties prior to deep cleaning and tenant reoccupation
- Undertake loft, domestic, and light commercial clearances
- Deep clean empty (void) properties to a professional standard
- Travel between various sites across Herefordshire and Worcestershire
- Work independently or as part of a small team
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with clients and colleagues
- Use initiative, teamwork, and an eye for detail to deliver excellent results
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Minimum 1 year’s void or clearance cleaning experience
- Friendly, motivated, and trustworthy personality
- Reliable and flexible approach to varied tasks and locations
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
