We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company delivering high-quality services to public and private sector organisations. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our HR Manager, Contracts Manager and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Track absence, training records and compliance documents
- Support mobilisation of new sites and contract starts
- General Office & Admin Support
- Manage filing systems, data accuracy and document control
Requirements:
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is desirable
