About the Role:
We\’re seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations covering the North East. You\’ll lead by example, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supporting the team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team of cleaning operatives
- Conduct quality checks and maintain service standards
- Liaise with clients and management
- Support with training and induction of new staff
- Carry out cleaning duties as required
- Manage stock and report maintenance issues
