Builders and Sparkle Cleaner

We\’re looking for reliable and experienced Builders and Sparkle Cleaners to support a large new-build project in the Newport Pagnell (MK16) area.

About the Role

You\’ll carry out a range of construction cleaning duties to prepare new apartments and communal areas for handover, including:

• Full builders cleans after second fix
• Sparkle and final cleans to presentation standard
• External window cleaning and de-taping (MEWP/Scaffolding access provided)
• Cleaning of stairwells, corridors, lounges, and shared facilities

Key Details

• Start: November 2025
• Duration: Approx. 12–16 weeks
• Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work)
• Pay: from £13.00–£14.50 per hour (PAYE) depending on experience
• Location: Newport Pagnell, MK16 (free parking on site)

Requirements

• Previous experience in builders / sparkle / final cleans
• CSCS card essential
• PPE will be provided (safety boots, hi-vis, gloves, etc.)
• Attention to detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work unsupervised
