Main Duties
- Deliver clinical leadership and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide specialist psychiatric care and support the development of research ideas.
- Engage in clinical research, teaching, and innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to clinical excellence.
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Travel to all locations within the Trust.
Qualifications and Registration
- MRC Psych or equivalent.
- Full GMC registration.
- Specialist registration (CCT in General Adult) or within six months of obtaining CCT on appointment.
- Approval under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act.
Desirable
- Additional postgraduate qualifications.
- Publication of original research.
- Management training.
- Experience in clinical research and service evaluation.
