Are you ready to bring your analytical and organisational skills into a unique and rewarding setting? We are seeking a Practice and Performance Manager to join our dedicated healthcare team at GIC. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

As Practice and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team:

  • Leading and managing the administration team
  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations
  • Monitoring service performance and producing insightful reports
  • Supporting service delivery through data analysis and process improvement
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination
  • Presenting performance updates to senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders
