Sitting directly within the Hay Day game team, you will bridge product development, live ops, creative production, and community to turn product updates into major commercial and player-engagement wins.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive End-to-End GTM Strategy: Partner directly with product leads and game designers from early feature concepts to define positioning, formulate clear pre-launch hypotheses, and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns for all live updates, seasonal beats, and feature drops.
- Lead Creative Campaign Delivery: Direct internal art directors, video producers, and external agencies to produce compelling trailers, visual assets, and marketing collateral that land with Hay Day’s core audience.
- Explore Growth Channels with UA: Partner closely with UA and Performance Marketing teams to test and scale performance-driven channels including Connected TV (CTV), influencer integrations, creator platforms, and podcasts to expand game reach during major moments.
- In-Game & Channel Execution: Operationalize player communications across in-game pop-ups, newsfeed beats, push notifications, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Web Shop / D2C channels.
- Amplify via Community & Creators: Collaborate with Community Managers and content creators to design shareable launch beats that drive organic reach and creator content.
- Measure & Iterate: Partner with analytics to validate campaign hypotheses, track launch performance, feature adoption, and player sentiment—using post-launch data to continuously sharpen future GTM playbooks.

- Proven GTM execution track record: Demonstrated experience taking live features and product updates from early concept to full public launch.
- Sharp creative instincts: Strong aesthetic eye with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback on trailer cuts, visual assets, and player copy.
- Performance channel & UA literacy: Solid understanding of performance marketing mechanics and experience evaluating multi-channel campaigns (UA, CTV, creator partnerships, podcasts).
- Data & Hypothesis-Driven Mindset: Experience framing clear GTM hypotheses, defining success metrics pre-launch, and using post-campaign analytics to back up strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to align developers, artists, and marketers without formal authority.
