We're looking for a Mar Tech Engineer to own and evolve our CRM data platform.

Today it powers scheduled data syncs; tomorrow it will power real-time, multi-channel marketing and audience activation across email, mobile push notifications, and future channels like Whats App.

This is a platform engineering role with product ownership.

You'll build the systems behind CRM while owning the platform end to end-from architecture and reliability to governance and self-service.

You'll also partner with the engineers responsible for our mobile attribution platform to support our marketing measurement stack.

The Marketing Data team builds the automation and infrastructure behind Supercell's player lifecycle marketing and marketing measurement.

We move player data and events between our data warehouse, CRM platform, and attribution stack-reliably, securely, and at scale.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the CRM data platform.

Build and operate reliable, scalable, and compliant data pipelines between our warehouse and CRM platforms, and build strong engineering partnerships with internal teams and vendors.

  • Build real-time capabilities. Deliver player events into and from the CRM platform in near real time to power triggered lifecycle messaging and richer player experiences.
  • Expand our messaging channels.

Build the data, identity, and subscription foundations that enable channels such as email, mobile push notifications, and future messaging platforms to launch on the same reliable infrastructure.

  • Support marketing measurement.

Partner on our mobile attribution stack, helping ensure accurate attribution and conversion data flows between marketing platforms and our warehouse - so marketing performance can be measured end to end.

  • Build privacy by design.

Ensure consent, identity management and GDPR requirements are built into the platform from day one, alongside platform- and region- specific mobile privacy frameworks and requirements.

  • Enable self-service. Build tools and workflows that allow new CRM data sources and events to be onboarded quickly, safely, and with minimal engineering effort.
  • Build reliable production systems. Apply good engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, observability, alerting, and resilient system design.
