SuperCare Residential seeks a PBS Lead to drive Positive Behaviour Support across children’s homes. You will develop and monitor PBS plans with the Behaviour Analyst, coach staff, and use data to reduce challenging behaviours and improve quality of life for young people.
You will analyse data, review plans biannually, and provide BST to teams, ensuring consistent therapeutic strategies and staff development across sites in London area. A full UK driving licence is required.
