What You'll Do:
- As Night Team Leader, you'll combine hands-on support with leading your team through the shift.
- Lead the night staff in maintaining safety and routines.

- Provide personal care respectfully when needed.

- Skilled in Team Teach, de-escalation, and safe interventions.

- Physically fit and dependable through long nights.
- Strong communicator and supportive leader.
- To transport the young people in and out of the community this role requires adults with a Full UK Driving License.
