A Day Team Leader at SuperCare provides structure, energy, and leadership in a home where children are active, energetic, and sometimes physically aggressive. You'll make sure routines are consistent, staff feel confident, and children are fully engaged. You'll balance being hands-on with guiding your team, stepping in during incidents, and ensuring the day flows smoothly. What You'll Do

  • Lead day shifts, ensuring routines and strategies are followed.
  • Support children with hygiene, education, and active play.

What We're Looking For
