What You'll Do
- Lead the night shift, ensuring routines and care plans are followed.
- Support hygiene routines and respond to children waking unsettled.
- Model calm responses to aggression or challenging behaviour.
- Keep records accurate and handovers clear.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in SEN, residential, or learning disability care.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care (or equivalent).
- Confident, calm leader with patience and resilience.
- Skilled in behaviour support and trauma-informed practice.
