SuperCare Residential is seeking a Night Coach to provide safety and reassurance during night hours for children in our home. You will maintain a calm, consistent presence, manage night routines, and respond to wakeful moments with trauma-informed strategies.
The role requires experience in SEN or residential childcare, resilience under pressure, and strong English communication. Nights run 22:00–08:00 with a 2 on/2 off rota, plus ongoing training and development opportunities.
