Your role as Day Coach is to bring structure, calm, and consistency, helping them feel safe and supported through it all.

What You'll Do

  • Support young people with autism, epilepsy, diabetes, and mental health needs.
  • Manage challenging behaviours calmly using Team Teach and positive behaviour support.
  • Provide personal care sensitively and professionally.
  • Encourage daily routines, structure, and purposeful activities.
  • Stay professional when faced with difficult conversations or offensive language.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure smooth team handovers.
