Tour Reservations Manager – SCD Tours Worldwide
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Reservations Manager to join our SCD Tours team, playing a pivotal role in delivering our European and UK driving tours. This role requires experience in high-end travel, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. While a passion for cars is not essential, prior experience in the luxury travel or hospitality sector is preferred.
Supercar Driver Tours are an integral part of our membership experience, offering over 10+ tours annually across the UK and Europe. As we continue to scale and enhance our tour offering, we’re looking for a dedicated professional to help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Duties:
Reservations & Logistics:
- Manage all hotel contracts, rooming lists, and reservations for UK, European & Bespoke Tours
- Oversee reservations and day-to-day operations
- Ensure a smooth booking experience for all guests. Manage all client bookings via our member area including upgrades, special requests
- Handle VIP client communications to ensure a seamless and luxury experience from start to finish
- Book and oversee all team accommodation and logistics
- Coordinate transportation and vehicle logistics for European tour
- Attend European tours in a hosting capacity where possible
- Drive efficiency through the business and processes
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
- Oversee the tour budget alongside the Tour Manager
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets for planning and execution
- Ensure all payments, deposits, and contracts are managed efficiently
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or event reservations
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and budget management

- Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously, often working two years ahead.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensuring every aspect of the tour, from reservations to logistics, is flawlessly executed.
