This is a key, hybrid role responsible for the strategic growth, retention, and engagement of Supercar Driver’s membership base, both in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate blends strategic marketing and membership development with practical operational management, overseeing the full membership lifecycle. While many day-to-day processes are increasingly automated, this role requires ownership, oversight, and continuous improvement of how membership is marketed, managed, and expanded. Given SCD’s events-led business model, this role will also involve supporting and attending key events throughout the year.
Responsibilities- Define and evolve the positioning of SCD membership
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive membership acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure membership messaging is consistent and compelling
- Lead strategies to grow membership across Europe and the Middle East
- Identifying key markets and opportunities
- Building relationships with international partners and members
- Tailoring messaging for different regions
- Develop and refine SCD’s membership marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives
- Proven experience in membership management, CRM, or community-led marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, especially within premium or lifestyle brands.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage operational details and leverage technology/data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and attend events.
- Passionate about cars and driving (or aligned with SCD’s ethos).
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Confident in dealing with high-net-worth individuals; growth-minded and commercially aware.
