Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented Event Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Sheffield, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of all Supercar Driver events, from large-scale driving tours to exclusive networking gatherings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with vendors and partners
  • Managing event logistics
  • Ensuring a high-quality experience for members
  • Effectively handling budgets and timelines

The ideal candidate will also collaborate with the marketing and membership teams to promote events to maintain and engage member attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Event Planning, Scheduling, and Budget Management skills
  • Partnership Coordination, Vendor Management, and Relationship Building skills
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skills
  • Marketing and Public Relations experience, including promotional activities for events
  • Proficiency in Event Management Software and familiarity with Project Management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and individually motivated
  • Strong passion or interest in the automotive or lifestyle sector is an advantage
  • 2 years experience in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
