As a Senior Marketing Executive at SuperCamps, you will play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising marketing activity that drives brand awareness, customer engagement and bookings across all school holiday periods, as well as supporting our after-school clubs. This is a hands-on yet strategic role where you will take ownership of campaigns across digital, content, CRM, partnerships and local marketing activity. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to ensure communications are insight-led, commercially effective and aligned with the SuperCamps brand.
In addition to campaign execution, you will use data, customer insights and performance reporting to identify opportunities for growth, improve return on investment and help shape marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Lead the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, paid media, print and partner channels.
- Support campaign planning by identifying audience segments, seasonal opportunities and booking trends.
- Manage campaign timelines to ensure activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Coordinate testing, optimisation and reporting to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Digital Marketing & Performance
- Support the management and optimisation of digital channels including website content, email marketing, SEO and paid advertising.
- Monitor website performance, customer journeys and conversion opportunities.
- Analyse campaign results, customer behaviour and booking data to provide actionable insights.
- Produce regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support CRM activity including segmentation, customer retention and re-engagement campaigns.
- Content Creation & Brand Management
- Create compelling copy for social media, website content, email campaigns, blogs and promotional materials.
- Oversee content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging communication across channels.
- Coordinate photography, video and user-generated content from camp locations.
- Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect the SuperCamps brand tone and visual identity.
- Help develop stronger storytelling around customer experiences, venues and programme benefits.
- Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage content scheduling and publishing across social channels.
- Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions and identify opportunities to increase reach.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements based on trends and insights.
- Support influencer, ambassador or parent advocacy opportunities where relevant.
- Local & Venue-Based Marketing
- Work with host venues, schools and Operations teams to increase awareness within local communities.
- Support the creation and distribution of localised marketing materials tailored to specific camp locations.
- Visit camp venues when required to deliver assets, capture content or understand local opportunities.
- Identify grassroots marketing opportunities to strengthen local visibility and bookings.
- Events & Partnerships
- Manage and support the SuperCamps events calendar.
- Represent SuperCamps at open days, fairs, parents’ evenings and other relevant events.
- Develop relationships with schools, clubs and local organisations to support partnership activity.
- Identify co-marketing opportunities that help extend brand reach.
- Collaboration & Commercial Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaign strategy, planning and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with the Sales team to understand trading trends, customer feedback and commercial priorities.
- Partner with Operations teams to understand location-specific requirements and tailor marketing activity.
- Provide leadership and guidance on marketing best practice across teams.
- Support budget tracking and supplier coordination where required.
- Provide general administration support including updating marketing libraries and organising assets.
- Be ready to support occasional weekend activity during busy periods leading up to holiday seasons (paid additionally/in lieu).

The ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage tight deadlines and use your initiative in a fast-paced environment. It goes without saying, you’ll have great written and verbal communication skills and be a team player, building great relationships with colleagues across the business and beyond. Finally, you’ll need to stay calm under pressure and adapt easily when priorities shift, especially around busy holiday periods.
