Social Media & Content Coordinator - West Berkshire in St Helens

• Planning, writing and scheduling posts around our offers, campaigns, school holidays, events and business news.
• Creating engaging content, including TikToks, Instagram Reels, stories, short videos and behind-the-scenes updates.
• Working with our venue teams to gather photos, videos and stories that showcase our people and guest experiences.
• Creating and sending marketing emails to our guest database using supplied artwork and engaging copy.
• Monitoring comments and messages during working hours, responding appropriately and passing enquiries to the relevant teams.
• Supporting organic and paid social campaigns alongside our digital agency.
• Keeping an eye on relevant trends and bringing fresh ideas to our content.
• Reviewing social media and email results to understand what works and help improve engagement and bookings.
• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Confidence creating and editing TikToks, Reels and other short videos.
• An understanding of how content should differ across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools and sending email campaigns.
• Someone proactive, reliable and organised who can plan ahead and manage their time.
• An understanding of responsible guest data handling and marketing preferences.

Our digital agency handles campaign artwork, so graphic design expertise isn't essential. We're looking for someone who can spot a good content opportunity, put together an engaging post or video and keep our channels active and consistent.
