Are you passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences while leading a motivated team? We're looking for a driven and hands on Duty Manager to join our team and support the Site Centre Manager in taking our venue to the next level. This role is shop floor led, you'll spend most of your time out front with the team and guests, making sure the venue is buzzing, rather than sitting behind a desk. This role is perfect for someone who's hungry for career progression, loves being out on the shop floor, and wants to work in a place where no two days are the same. Responsibilities

  • Leading from the front on the shop floor, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for staff and guests
  • Working closely with and supporting your Site Centre Manager in all areas of site operations
  • Inspiring, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
  • Driving sales and smashing financial targets with fresh ideas and energy
  • Training and developing new team members
  • Leading by example, setting the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and fun
