We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Site Centre Manager in taking our venue to the next level. This role is shop floor led, you’ll spend most of your time out front with the team and guests, making sure the venue is buzzing, rather than sitting behind a desk.

- Leading from the front on the shop floor, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for staff and guests
- Working closely with and supporting your Site Centre Manager in all areas of site operations

- Driving sales and smashing financial targets with fresh ideas and energy
