We are looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Site Centre Manager in taking our venue to the next level. This role is shop floor led; you will spend most of your time out front with the team and guests, making sure the venue is buzzing, rather than sitting behind a desk.
- Leading from the front on the shop floor, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for staff and guests.
- Working closely with and supporting your Site Centre Manager in all areas of site operations.
- Inspiring, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.
