We are looking for a driven and hands-on Trainee Duty Manager to join our team and support the Site Centre Manager in taking our venue to the next level. This role is shop floor led; you will spend most of your time out front with the team and guests, making sure the venue is buzzing, rather than sitting behind a desk.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading from the front on the shop floor, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for staff and guests
  • Working closely with and supporting your Site Centre Manager in all areas of site operations
  • Inspiring, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
  • Driving sales and smashing financial targets with fresh ideas and energy
  • Training and developing new team members
  • Leading by example, setting the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and fun

A proven background in driving sales and hitting targets, natural leadership skills with a passion for developing people, and the ability to create a positive, energetic, and engaging environment for both staff and guests are essential.
