A proven track record of building sales with a hands-on approach. Ability to create a fun and friendly environment for everyone. Desire for developing, coaching, supporting, and rewarding teams. Duties and Responsibilities would include:

  • To help and assist in the daily operation of the site.
  • Supervise and guide the team to maximise revenue and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.
  • Constantly working to achieve operating standards.
  • To carry out stock takes within the site.
  • To complete staff rotas 1-2 weeks in advance and to the needs of the business and send to your Regional Manager for Authorisation.
  • To keep track of staff sickness/lateness.
  • To complete welcome inductions for new team members.
  • To update wage sheet daily.
  • To ensure all weekly/Monthly paperwork is correct within site.
  • Weekly paperwork to be sent twice a week.
  • To respond to Health and Safety and other audits that are conducted.
  • To ensure the office is kept clean, tidy, and organised.
  • To conduct recruitment, interviewing, and training.
  • To ensure all site orders are correct and the stock holding is to the needs of the business.
  • To maximise sales opportunities within site.
  • To meet specified targets as set by Head Office.
  • To be familiar with all products and brand standards within the business.
  • To lead by example, encourage all colleagues to participate and work together.
  • To have a working knowledge of all promotions within the site and actively market the venue via social media and other channels.
  • To take personal ownership for achievement of all objectives as agreed at appraisal or feedback meetings.
  • To attend and fully participate in all Staff meetings these are to be held every 6 weeks minimum.
  • To attend weekly Managers Meetings.
  • To understand and follow administration processes as set by Head office.
  • Evaluate staff performance and give regular feedback.
  • To take personal accountability for the adherence to all company policies and procedures within the site.
  • To maintain integrity and a professional image with employees, customers, suppliers, and all external bodies.
  • To ensure that all steps are taken to minimise or prevent loss or damage to Company property or assets including information.
