Responsibilities

  • Work with venue management teams to create/oversee all Crazy Club events, Including Monday & Friday Toddler Times
  • Generate ideas for toddler morning content on a weekly basis
  • Ensure that all toddler morning/Crazy Club Activities are delivered to a good standard
  • Work with venue management teams to organise regular deep cleans of Crazy Club
  • Have a hands-on approach to the daily running of Crazy Club ensuring the guest standards and requirements are met
  • To take part in regular conference calls alongside venue managers with the Brand Executive to discuss sales, performance, event ideas & feedback
  • Actively promote the Crazy Club brand to local groups & general public
  • Take the lead/host regular training sessions for Crazy Club staff alongside venue managers and the Brand Executive
  • To participate, in the achievement of a positive, friendly and open team atmosphere
  • To attend and participate in all training sessions as requested by the Management Team
  • To highlight any training needs to venue management teams as necessary
  • To take personal ownership for the achievement of all objectives as agreed at the annual appraisal and / or feedback from meetings
  • To attend and participate fully in all team meetings as requested by the Management Team
  • To ensure personal appearance and behaviour is always to company standard
  • To take personal accountability to all company policies and procedures
  • To ensure that all possible steps are taken to minimise or prevent loss or damage to company property or assets, including information
  • To take personal accountability for and be conversant with all statutory obligations
  • To ensure fair and equal to all individuals in line with legislation and company policy
  • Carry out product price checks, comparisons and competitor research

  • The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check and the offer will be dependent on a clear DBS result.
