What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling with Passion: Help customers choose the right motorbike, either in the showroom or over the phone. No cold calling just real conversations with people who love bikes.
- Owning the Experience: Guide buyers through their journey with clear communication, product knowledge, and smooth processes that make it easy to buy.
- Learning Every Day: Stay up to speed with our ever-changing stock of over 3,000 bikes from everyday commuters to rare finds and high-performance machines.
- Delivering the Wow: Make the experience memorable by providing exceptional customer service that turns buying a bike into a moment to remember.
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in sales automotive, phones, insurance, or retail, it’s all relevant.
- A confident communicator who knows how to build rapport and close a deal.
- Driven by results, targets, and giving the customer a great experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- An interest in motorcycles (you don’t need to ride, but passion helps).
- Experience in a high-energy retail or telesales environment.
