We’re now looking for a Motorcycle Progressor / Customer Handover Agent to join our Macclesfield team and play a key role in ensuring every customer receives their bike in perfect condition and with complete confidence.

The Role

This is a varied and customer-focused role where you’ll help coordinate the final stages of the motorcycle preparation and handover process. Working closely with our sales and workshop teams, you’ll ensure bikes are fully prepared, presented to a high standard, and ready for collection — while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the journey. You’ll be a key part of creating a smooth, professional, and memorable collection experience for every rider.
