The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing People team in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding experience who is looking to develop their career within HR. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR activities across multiple sites
- Coordinating recruitment activity, including interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
- Leading new starter inductions and supporting a positive onboarding experience
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
- Supporting training coordination and compliance tracking
- Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Providing general administrative support to the People team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A positive, team-focused approach
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
- Previous experience using HR systems or recruitment systems
