SuperBike Factory is Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer, with over 3,000 bikes in stock across six UK locations. Since launching in 2010, we have continued to grow rapidly and are building a team of passionate, driven people who want to grow with us.

We are looking for an organised and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing People team in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding experience who is looking to develop their career within HR. You will gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR activities across multiple sites
  • Coordinating recruitment activity, including interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
  • Leading new starter inductions and supporting a positive onboarding experience
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
  • Supporting training coordination and compliance tracking
  • Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Providing general administrative support to the People team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A positive, team-focused approach

Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
  • Previous experience using HR systems or recruitment systems
