Overview
We have an exciting role for a Workshop Technician to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will carry out repairs and routine maintenance on motorcycles, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure workshop cleanliness standards are met while adhering to Health and Safety policies.
What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Conduct PDI checks, remedial work, and comprehensive vehicle preparation to meet SuperBike Factory retail standards
- Complete repairs, servicing, and maintenance on motorcycles for internal and external customers
- Provide thorough vehicle evaluations and present findings to customers
- Adhere to company repair standards, Health & Safety guidelines, and workshop procedures
- Perform road-testing assessments on motorcycles, licence permitting
- Maintain clean, organised workstations in line with 5S principles
- Undertake ongoing training and development in line with market updates and new product launches
What We're Looking For:
- Essential: GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or Grade 4 and above or equivalent; Proven experience as a Workshop Technician or Motorbike Mechanic; Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Desirable: Full or restricted motorcycle licence, motor vehicle or engineering qualifications, dealer-specific certifications, experience with motorcycles, proficiency using hand tools, and familiarity with diagnostic software (e.g., TEXA).
