Overview

We have brand new Delivery/Collection Driver opportunities across our sites around the UK. The Delivery/Collection Driver is responsible for transporting motorcycles between SuperBike Factory and customer locations, ensuring timely, secure, and professional handling of all deliveries and collections. This role conducts brief appraisals of motorcycle conditions, completes required documentation, and interacts professionally with customers, contributing to an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver and collect motorcycles safely across customers, sites, and partners
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service and represent SuperBike Factory positively
  • Inspect, document, and report mechanical and cosmetic condition
  • Load, secure, and transport bikes in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Complete paperwork, vehicle checks, and report any issues promptly
  • Drive responsibly and efficiently, maintaining vehicles and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in delivery, logistics, or customer service
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Demonstrable knowledge of motorcycle mechanics is highly beneficial, along with experience handling motorcycles
  • Formal Driver CPC course preferred but not mandatory
  • Motorcycle license preferred but not required
