Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Motorcycle Progressor to join our rapidly growing team across our three UK sites. In this role, you will ensure that motorcycles are prepared for collection, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high presentation standards. This role involves liaising with various departments to meet customer expectations throughout the motorcycle collection process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued during their visit.
- Ensure that motorcycles have passed through the workshop and are ready for customer collection.
- Manage direct interactions with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring that all aspects meet their expectations upon collection.
- Coordinate with sales and workshop departments to fulfil customer requirements effectively.
- Conduct pre-collection inspections to identify and resolve any issues before the customer arrives.
- Ensure that motorcycles are cleaned to a high standard and presented appropriately for collection.
- Manage stock levels to ensure motorcycles for sale are effectively displayed in the showroom.
- Accurately book bikes into the system and manage related documentation and records.
- Photograph motorcycles for online listings, ensuring high-quality images represent the bikes accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential:
- GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or Grade 4 and above or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role demonstrating the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in valeting vehicles or motorcycles is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, alongside excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
