Superbike Factory is looking for a Motorcycle Technician (Workshop) with a salary range of £28,000–£40,000 DOE plus bonus. The position offers 41.25 contracted hours per week and a clear progression path.

That’s why we offer a clear recovery approach when weekend support is needed, ensuring work-life balance is built in.

Contracted hours: 41.25 per week

What you’ll be doing:

  • Servicing, repairs and diagnostics across all makes and models — from commuter bikes to superbikes
  • Completing work to a retail-ready, safety-first standard
  • Road testing where required to confirm quality
  • Working closely with Parts, Workshop Control and the wider team to keep bikes flowing
  • Taking pride in doing the job properly — with pace and workmanship

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a motorcycle technician (or strong automotive background with transferable skills)
  • Strong mechanical ability and safe workshop practice
  • A quality mindset and a team-first attitude
  • Multi-brand / multi-franchise or dealer experience
  • Motorcycle licence
  • MOT licence (desirable) — if you’re keen to renew, or have the experience to complete training, we can support you to achieve this
