The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or a related field and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial principles, as this position is designed to evolve into a finance-based role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Financial Coordination: Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Prepare spreadsheets, data models, and presentations related to financial performance. Support the finance team with reconciliations, tracking expenses, and forecasting. Conduct preliminary research and analysis for financial projects or investment opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed promptly. Organize and manage sensitive documentation with confidentiality and precision. Identify areas to improve processes and assist in implementing efficiencies.
- Transition to Finance Role: Actively participate in training and development programs to build expertise in finance. Collaborate with finance professionals to gain hands-on experience. Gradually assume responsibilities in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
