We’re looking for a mid-weight producer to lead and deliver human-focused B2B films and short-form series from idea to delivery. This role sits at the heart of our production team, combining creative thinking, hands-on production, and confident client management.
You’ll be trusted to run projects independently, collaborate closely with directors and creatives, and protect the emotional integrity of stories while delivering them efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and lead projects end-to-end, including short form documentary series and branded films.
- Act as first point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
- Own schedules, budgets, call sheets, logistics, hiring crew.
- Balance creative ambition with budget, time, and production realities.
- Work independently when required while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Generate creative ideas for short form documentary series and human-focused B2B films.
- Contribute to treatments, concepts, and production approaches.
- Develop shoot setups, scenes, and shot ideas that support story and tone.
- Research, approach, and manage contributors sensitively (often non-actors).
- Build trust with real people featured on screen.
- Manage contributor logistics, releases, and expectations.
- Organise and manage shoots in the UK and abroad.
- Source and secure locations.
- Hire and brief crew and suppliers.
- Organise international production logistics, including carnets, travel and accommodation, local fixers or support where needed.
- Assist on location during UK and international shoots.
- Support crew where needed with practical, hands-on help.
- Confident assisting on shoots alongside directors and DPs.
- Practical understanding of cameras and lighting to support crew.
- Comfortable stepping in where needed to keep shoots running smoothly.
- Ensure health & safety, insurance, and compliance standards are met.
- Proven experience as a Producer in film, branded content, or documentary.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Comfortable driving and able to drive vans.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.
- Strong communication skills with clients, creatives, and contributors.
- Camera and kit knowledge, particularly ARRI, RED, and lighting setups.
- Experience working with real people and sensitive subject matter.
- Background in B2B, branded content, or documentary storytelling.
- A calm, capable producer who thrives under pressure.
- Strong storytelling instincts and good creative taste.
